How do I place an order?
Use the “Customer Login” button at the top right corner of our website.  From your Customer Portal you can place orders, view order status, approve artwork, review past orders, and more!  First-time customer?  Contact us for your unique user name and password.

What is your turnaround time for embroidery and screen printing?
Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of goods and artwork approval. If you need faster turnaround times and we can accommodate it in our schedule, a rush charge will apply.

What is the turnaround time for artwork?
We typically have a digitized file sewn out and ready for approval within 1-2 business days of receipt of art. If you send vector artwork for screen printing, a proof will be ready the next business day. If other artwork is provided for screen printing, please allow 3 business days for a proof.

When will my order be ready?
Have you reviewed the status of your order online? There you will get an up-to-date status of your order. You will receive an invoice once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped. Orders should be ready by no later than 3:30pm on the requested date.

How many colors can I print on a shirt?
For screen printing, there is a 6 color limit. For embroidery, there is a 12 color limit, but there are additional fees if you have more than 6 colors.

What is the smallest order I can have?
For screen printing, the minimum order is 12.  For embroidery, the minimum is just 1.

Can I bring something in and wait for it to be completed?
No. Although we are fast, we cannot interrupt our schedule that quickly. In a production business like we are in, schedules are planned days in advanced based on colors, size of order, personnel and machines available.

Can I have different types of shirts and colors with the same logo?
Yes. For screen printing, there is an additional charge for changing colors (see price sheet).  For embroidery, there is no additional charge for up to 3 color combinations because we can run multiple different colored logos at the same time.

Do you offer 3D FOAM or PUFF Embroidery?
Yes, we offer 3D FOAM or Puff Embroidery. Its a technique of incorporating a special embroidery foam into your design which makes the design stand-up or PUFF. It is typically used exclusively on caps. Can any design be made into puff? No! A design has to be specifically digitized for FOAM and not all designs are candidates without major changes. Foam requires satin stitches with a minimum width, but if an area has too much width, you cannot put foam under it either. The standard stitch width is 1/4 to 1/2" wide. Designs which are too large or too wide cannot be converted into FOAM, same applies to objects or lettering which are too small or thin. When you send in art for 3D FOAM embroidery, we will be able to explain what we can and cannot do with a design.
