What is your turnaround time for embroidery and screen printing?
Our turnaround time is 5-7 days from the receipt of goods and artwork approval. If you need quicker turnaround times and if we can accomodate, a 20% charge will apply.
What is the turnaround time for artwork?
We usually have a digitized file sewn out and ready for approval within 2 business days of receipt of art. If you send vector artwork for screen printing, a proof will be ready the next business day. If other artwork is provided for screen printing, please allow 3 business days for a proof.
How many colors can I print on a shirt?
For screen printing, there is a 6 color limit. For embroidery, there is a 12 color limit, but there are additional fees if you have more than 6 colors.
What is the smallest order I can have?
For screen printing, the minimum order is 24. For embroidery, the minimum is just 1.
Can I bring something in and wait for it to be completed?
No. Although we are fast, we cannot interrupt our schedule that quickly. In a production business like we are in, schedules are planned days in advanced based on colors, size of order, personnel and machines available.
Can I have different types of shirts and colors with the same logo?
Yes. For screen printing, there is an additional charge (see price sheet) for switching colors. For embroidery, there is no additional charge because we can run multiple different colored logos at the same time.
I’m lost. How do I get to your shop?
Try our map. We are basically located south of Tempe Marketplace in Tempe. Make your way to Rio Salado Parkway and Price Rd (Frontage Rd for Loop 101) and turn south onto Price Rd. We are the second drive on the right. Don’t pass us or you’ll have to come back around because its a one-way street!
